First, dice the garlic and parsley into small pieces; for garniture, slice the tomatoes and the gerkhins; dice the onions like a cube; wash the leaves of lettuce and chop them when they're dry. Put the bulghur in a small pan and add water enough to cover it. Close the pan and cook the bulghur for 30 minutes. After this, filter the bulghur and squeeze the bulghur with your hands that's left in the filter. Mix bulghur, mince, salt, garlic, black pepper, powder mustard and diced parsley in a bowl and knead them. Split this mix into 10 pieces and shape them as meatballs to cover the hamburger bread. Melt the butter or margarine in a pan in medium heat. When it's done, put the burgers in the pan and cook them until they're cooked in both sides for approximately 7-8 minutes. Keep them there until there're bubbles on the meat. Cut the hamburger bread into two and heat them. Put the meatballs inside when they're done. Add tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, hot saouce (optional) on bread. Garnish them with gherkin and lettuce. Ready to serve! Enjoy!
