Put the egg whites you've carefully seperated in a glass mixing bowl. Mis it with powder sugar until you get a smooth texture. Add the grated coconut and mix until it gets consistent. Take a noninflammable pan and heat it on the oven. Take the coconut mix and heat it for 5 minutes in low heat. When egg whites get darker, take it off the oven. Let them cool down. When ready, take small pieces off the mix and round them in your hands to give shape. Place them on the baking paper of the oven tray and heat them in 170 previously heated oven for 20-25 minutes until it takes a little color on top. Share it with your loved ones either hot or warm. The amount of cookies may differ according to their sizes. Be sure that you use large eggs. You can change the amount of powder sugar according to your taste.
You can shape the cookies with icecream spoon.
You can also serve the cookies in little paper shapes with pouring chocolate sauce.
