Crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt, scramble them together. Take off the seeds of the peppers and slice them like stripes. Wash the carrot and grate it. Melt the butter in a pan. Add all the vegetables and saute them. Add the scrambled eggs and shake the pan a little to spread the mix. Close the pan with the cover and heat it. When the bottom is fried, turn it upside down and cook it for another couple of minutes. When they're done, take it off the oven. Serve them hot! Enjoy!
