Preheat the oven to 165 degrees. Sift the flour into a large bowl and add the butter which is cut into cubes. Rub the butter softly into the flour with your fingers. Add other ingredients and knead it by folding the dough. Wrap the dough with plastic foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Thin down the resting dough between two pieces of grease-proof paper. Cut them into molds and place them in the oven tray on the grease-proof paper. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes red and serve it after it has cooled down. Bon Appetit!
In order for the cookie to be dispersed in the mouth, add the butter cold and knead the dough by rubbing.
You can cook for 10 to 12 minutes on a fanless program to get an equal color of cookies.
