  • Mini Zucchini with Cheese Recipe

    Wash the zucchinis nicely and cut them into two pieces vertically. Take the seeds of the zucchinis off with a spoon. Boil the zucchinis in a pan with lots of water for 2-3 minutes. Take the zucchinis out and drain them. Grind the white and yellow cheese. Mix them with the egg and dill. Put the zucchinis on oven tray and split the cheese mix on them equally. Heat them in preheated 200 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until they fry. Take them off the oven and pour some olive oil on them. Serve them hot. Enjoy!
