Heat the bread in a pan for couple of minutes to make them crispy. Put them aside. Melt the butter in the same pan. Heat the pastrami pieces until they change color in both sides. Slice the fresh tomatoes in round shape and grate the garlic. To prepare the mayonnaise sauce; mix parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, grated garlic and black pepper in a small bowl. Put mayonnaise sauce inside bread and put a lettuce leaf on top and on bottom. After putting tomatoes and cooked pastramis, close up the sandwich with two pieces of bread. Serve them warm before pastramis freeze. Enjoy!
You can also add mustard and sliced basil to your mayonnaise sauce.
You can also prefer baguettes.
