Melt the butter in a pan. Put the flour in gently and heat them until you notice its' smell. Peel the tomatoes and grind them. Add them in the flour mix and cook for five minutes. Add the warm meat juice. Heat the milk seperately in a pot and add it slowly so it won't harm the mix. Heat it in medium heat until it boils for 15 minutes. Divide them into soup bowls and put the yellow cheese on. Serve it hot. Enjoy!
You can easily prepare the soup by tomato mash or previously purchased winter tomatoes
You can also prepare the soup by using chicken bouillons rather than meat bouillons.
You can serve the soup with breads in cube shape or crispy croutons.
