First, peel the top layers of carrots. Later, if you like you can grate the carrots or cut them in cube shape. Put the vegetable oil and carrots together in a pan and heat them until they're soft. We put aside the carrots to let them cool down. In a seperate deep bowl, we put yoghurt, mayonnaise, salt and two cloves of garlic to mix them. Later, we add the carrots to the mix. Then, we stir them really nicely. After putting our salad in the service plates, we put chestnuts or nutmeats to make it fancier. Enjoy!
