Steps for the Recipe

  • Seafood Salad Recipe

    Slice parsley in a bowl. Squeeze orange and lemon and add them in the bowl. Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in it. Dice calamaries into 4 pieces and add them without cooking, add the shrimps as well and mix them together. Later, let them rest for 15 minutes. Slice rockets, tomato, cucumber and roasted pepper into little pieces and add the corn inside. Take the shrimps and calamaries with the sauce and put them in a pan. Cook them until they soften. After it cools down a bit, take them off the pan and add them to the salad bowl (never seperate them from the sauce. Squeeze the other orange and lemon and put 1 tbs olive oil in them. Mix them and pour them in the salad. Add salt and thyme as much as you wish and mix them one last time. Enjoy!
